lsqud He joined today upon my recommendation... hope he likes it here. Now he can read all the gossip I spread about him. *wink*
Now I need to get my butt moving and get into work! I'm not looking forward to it... I got a bit teary-eyed once already this morning reading an email from a coworker who got laid off. They are announcing the "big picture" to the world right now (investors call going on now) and reiterating it to the entire company this afternoon: 750 people are being outsourced and will be out of a job in the next 3-6 months. Sad part is that the investors and stock market is going to LOVE this... they are already probably frantically trying to buy stock and getting all giddy about their stock options. It really makes me SICK!
Well... working from home is nice... but I get so distracted here... gotta run!
